Jane Harvey

Jane Harvey has worked in the industry since 2001, beginning their career as an Asset Integrity Engineer for OIS plc. Jane then moved to Balmoral Comtec, where they worked as a Design Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer, and Project Engineer. In 2002, they joined Wood Group PSN as a Project Engineer, and was later promoted to Performance Manager, Modifications Manager, and Business Acquisition Delivery Manager. In 2010, they founded Madla, and in 2014, they co-founded Akrugo, providing Workforce Management software to the energy, construction and mining industries. In 2016, they co-founded JobSmart, and in 2018, they co-founded Cheerz. Most recently, in 2020, they became the Co-founder and CEO of Savii, the first neobank in the GCC that speaks to Gen Z and their lifestyle.

Jane Harvey completed their MBA from Robert Gordon University between 2004 and 2007. Jane also obtained a BSc (Hons) Design for Industry from Robert Gordon University between 1997 and 2001. In 2021, they obtained a certification from Sheraa's Sharjah Startup Studio (S3). In 2019, they obtained a certification from Startup School Online's Y Combinator Startup School (YC SUS 2019).
