Tom Love is an accomplished sales leader with extensive experience in driving growth and developing high-performing teams across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Sales for Saville Assessment, Tom is instrumental in leading sales initiatives in both the UK and US. Previously, as VP of Sales at Geomiq, key responsibilities included the adoption of AI in the sales process, scalable pipeline development, and leading go-to-market execution. Tom has also held significant roles at Perkbox, where systems were implemented for scalability, and at LexisNexis Risk Solutions, where Tom led successful product launches and spearheaded US expansion efforts. Tom's sales career began at XpertHR, progressing from account executive to various leadership roles, underscoring a deep expertise in sales methodology and coaching. Tom holds a Bachelor's degree in Sport and Leisure Management from the University of Staffordshire.
