Kaushik Chakraborty

Kaushik Chakraborty has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in the field of human resources, training and development, and sales. Kaushik currently holds the position of Chief People Officer at Savills India since June 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Head of Human Resources at Savills India from December 2018 to July 2022.

Before joining Savills India, Kaushik worked at JLL as the Senior Director of Human Resources and CSR from July 2013 to December 2018. Kaushik also served as the Head of Learning & Development at JLL from June 2012 to June 2013.

Earlier in their career, Kaushik held positions at Toastmasters International as the Division Governor of Division A, District 41 from July 2012 to June 2013, and as an Area Governor from July 2011 to June 2012. Kaushik also worked at Toastmasters International, Gurgaon, as the President from January 2010 to June 2010.

In addition, Kaushik has experience working at Royal Bank of Scotland (erstwhile ABN AMRO Bank) as the Vice President & Head of Training and Development for India Consumer Banking from April 2007 to June 2012. Kaushik also worked at ABN AMRO Bank N.V. as the AVP-Program Manager-Corporate Segment from April 2005 to April 2007.

Earlier in their career, Kaushik worked at ICICI Prudential as the Manager of Projects-National (Priority Circle) from April 2004 to April 2005, and at Max Newyork Life Insurance Co Ltd as the Manager of Sales - Delhi from May 2002 to April 2004.

Kaushik started their career at Informatics India Ltd as a Zonal Head from July 1998 to May 2002. Prior to that, they worked at Blue Dart Express Limited as a Management Trainee, where they gained valuable experience in branch operations.

Throughout their career, Kaushik has demonstrated their expertise in human resources management, training and development, sales, and leadership.

Kaushik Chakraborty's education history includes various degrees and certifications. Kaushik attended Apeejay School Of Management from 1995 to 1997 and obtained a PGDBM degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration. Kaushik also studied at the Asian HR Board from 2010 to 2012, where they received a Fellowship degree in Human Resources Development. In 2011, they attended Landmark and completed a Curriculum Graduate program in Life Skills on Transformation, which lasted until 2013. Additionally, they pursued a leadership program at the Indian School of Business starting in 2012. Kaushik Chakraborty is currently enrolled at the National University of Singapore, studying Organizational Leadership. As for certifications, they have received various qualifications such as being a Certified Disc Practitioner, a Certified Learning and Development Manager, a Certified MBTI Practitioner, and others.
