Kaushik Raychaudhury

Kaushik Raychaudhury has extensive work experience in the real estate industry. In 2013, they worked as an Architectural Intern at ALGO SPACES PRIVATE LIMITED. From 2015 to 2019, they co-founded and worked at HORIZON SPACES, where they were involved in property valuations, feasibility study reports, and interior contracting projects. In 2016, they also worked as the Founder Partner at HSA GLOBAL CONSULTANTS, where they managed a team of architects and engineers and coordinated with various engineering disciplines for optimized design solutions. From 2016 to 2019, they served as a Director at HSCI PVT LTD, where they handled vendor management, project management, and financial budgeting. In 2019, they joined ANAROCK as an Assistant Manager, where they gained experience in strategic advisory, valuations, and project monitoring. Currently, they are working at Savills India as a Manager, responsible for technical and investment risk monitoring.

Kaushik Raychaudhury completed their education at Savitribai Phule Pune University. From 2010 to 2015, they pursued a Bachelor of Architecture - BArch degree with a focus on Architecture. Following this, they pursued a Master of Architecture - MArch degree, specializing in Construction Management, from 2015 to 2017.
