Vaishali began their career in 2009, working for premium international brands such as Tommy Hilfiger, Kapsons Pvt Ltd, Bobbi Brown, and G Star Raw. In this role, they held multiple positions, including Retail Planner, Cluster Manager, and Key Accounts Manager, where they were responsible for overall retail operations. Vaishali successfully implemented sales strategies and exceeded sales targets by 10% each quarter.

In 2017, Vaishali joined Delhi Art Gallery as a Gallery Manager. Here, they were the head of operations and maintained relations with an ultra-exclusive and prestigious client base.
