Velprakash K, MRICS

Velprakash K has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over 25 years. Velprakash is currently serving as the Head of Industrial & Logistics Project Management at Savills India since March 2021. Prior to this, they worked at JLL from May 2013 to February 2021, holding the position of Executive Director in Business Solutions & Sales at JLL Corporate Solutions India.

Before joining JLL, Velprakash K had a successful stint at Cushman & Wakefield from 2002 to 2013, where they held various roles including Associate Director, Regional Manager for South India, Area Manager, Project Manager, and Assistant Project Manager.

Earlier in their career, they worked as a Construction Manager at DNA Consulting India from September 2001 to November 2002. Before that, they served as an Architect in Project Management at SDB Consultants from February 2001 to August 2001.
