Tom focuses on investor and lender relationships, transaction structuring, as well as the overall Japanese business's investment strategy, management and operations. He co-founded Merchant Capital with Tadaaki Kurozumi, joining us in 2014 following its acquisition by Savills IM. He has 20 years' experience in real estate and finance, and is fluent in Japanese.
