Neill mc Nicholas

Neill Mc Nicholas is a seasoned property professional with extensive experience in tenant representation and valuation. Currently serving as Director - Head of Tenant Representation at Savills Ireland since August 2022, Neill previously held various roles at JLL Ireland from August 2015 to August 2022, including Associate and Surveyor in Tenant Representation and Valuation Surveyor. Neill contributed significantly to the Irish Property Index as a top valuer at JLL. Before this, Neill worked as a Mining Professional at Rio Tinto, focusing on locomotive automation and safety compliance. Neill began a career in property management as a Residential Portfolio Manager at Winters Property Management Limited, overseeing a portfolio of over 150 properties. Neill holds a Bachelor's Degree in Property Valuation and Surveying from Galway-Mayo Institute of Technology, obtained in 2011.
