Rahul Bansal

Rahul Bansal has extensive experience in the field of real estate consulting and analysis. Rahul began their career as a Financial Analyst at CBRE, where they conducted financial feasibility studies and market analysis for various types of real estate projects. Rahul then joined JLL, where they held multiple positions including Financial Planning Analyst, Senior Analyst, Manager, and Associate. In these roles, they specialized in real estate investment studies, feasibility studies, and portfolio restructuring strategies in the Middle East and North Africa region. Rahul later worked at Majid Al Futtaim as the Lead of Development Planning & Analysis, focusing on project feasibility and return on investment analysis. Currently, Rahul serves as the Head of Strategic Consultancy for the GCC region at Savills Middle East, overseeing various studies and reports such as market intelligence, investment advisory, and development strategies for real estate projects.

Rahul Bansal earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting & Economics from R. A. Podar College of Commerce & Economics in 2008. Rahul then pursued an MBA in Business Design from Welingkar Institute of Management, completing it in 2010.
