Eric Blohm is currently the Senior Managing Director at Savills North America. Eric has over 15 years of experience in corporate real estate, and has held positions at some of the top firms in the industry.
Eric started their career at Flinn Ferguson Corporate Real Estate, where they quickly became one of the top producing tenant representation advisers in the Seattle market. Eric then moved on to Sabey Corporation, where they served as the Director of Technology Real Estate. In this role, Eric was responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's real estate portfolio, including site selection, lease negotiation, and construction management.
In 2011, Eric joined Mohr Partners as the Managing Principal of their Seattle branch. Eric was responsible for starting and developing the office, which quickly became one of the leading corporate real estate firms in the region. Eric's extensive knowledge and experience in the industry has made him a valuable asset to Savills North America, and they are currently leading their team in providing comprehensive real estate services to clients across North America.
Eric Blohm attended the University of Puget Sound, where they earned their Bachelor of Arts in Communications. Eric also studied Public Administration at the university. Before that, they completed their high school education at Mercer Island High School.
