Andrew Smith

Andrew Smith is an experienced professional in the field of valuation, currently serving as the Director of Valuation at Savills Housing Investment Consultancy since September 1992. Prior to this role, Andrew worked as a Valuation Surveyor. Earlier career experience includes serving as the Manager of Property Services-Development at Home Group, where responsibilities included land acquisition and overseeing the global portfolio valuation of 20,000 tenanted homes. Andrew pursued education at the College of Estate Management from 1984 to 1997 and obtained a Higher National Diploma in Estate Management with a focus on Valuation from Nottingham Trent University between 1984 and 1986, following earlier education at Boldon Comprehensive from 1974 to 1983.
