Ema Saunders

Ema Saunders is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition, leadership development, and social mobility initiatives. As the Director and Head of Talent Acquisition at Savills since November 2006, Ema has been instrumental in creating programs for attracting and onboarding talent while ensuring equality of access to opportunities. Ema also serves as an Executive Coach, providing internal coaching to support career progression, and co-chairs the Social Mobility group, leading educational outreach to drive social mobility. With a history of overseeing graduate programs that earned Savills recognition as the Times Graduate Employer of Choice for Property, Ema has a strong background in talent management, staff training, and recruitment.
