Emily Harwood is currently employed as a Lettings Negotiator at Savills since February 2024, having previously worked as a Graduate Surveyor at CBRE from January 2021 to March 2024, where Emily focused on the disposal and acquisition of office properties in Central London Capital Markets. Emily's experience includes various internships in prominent real estate firms, such as CBRE, Knight Frank, and JLL, providing valuable exposure to investment valuation, retail capital markets, and industrial agency. Prior to the real estate sector, Emily served as a Chef and Host at YSE Limited, demonstrating strong organizational skills in menu planning and guest services. Emily holds a Bachelor's degree in Real Estate from the University of Reading, completed in 2019.
