James Higham

James Higham is a seasoned property professional with extensive experience in managing diverse property types across the UK and Europe. Currently serving as a Director at Savills since January 2007, James Higham advises private clients, major UK clearing banks, lenders, and public bodies on properties that typically accrue value through profitable trade or leisure use. Previous roles include Associate Director and Associate Valuer of Leisure and Trade-related Property at Savills, as well as Head of Rural Property Sales at Carver Knowles. James Higham's early career includes consultancy work with Woolley & Wallis, focusing on rural property sales. Education was completed at Harper Adams University with a degree in Rural Enterprise and Land Management. James Higham also contributed to the RICS International Board as a member from 2002 to 2006.
