Jennifer Gill

Jennifer Gill serves as the Director of Leisure and Trading Property at Savills, where responsibilities include expanding services in the day nursery and education markets while providing valuation advice across leisure sectors. Jennifer began at Savills as an Associate Director and has successfully increased the company's market share in day nurseries. In addition to current duties, Jennifer is a Co-opted Governor at Pensby High School, actively engaging in the SENCO link Governor role. Previously, Jennifer worked at Bruton Knowles focusing on loan security valuations in specialist markets and has extensive experience with Christie & Co in childcare and education. Jennifer holds an MSc in Real Estate from Kingston University and a BSc in International Business Management from the Royal Agricultural University.
