Patrik Kallenvret

Patrik Kallenvret is a seasoned professional in the real estate industry, currently serving as Managing Director of Capital Markets for the Nordics at Savills since October 2025. With extensive experience, Patrik has held significant roles such as Managing Director at CBRE Sweden from December 2013 to September 2025, where Patrik was also a member of the EMEA Board and MD of CBRE Asset Services AB. Additionally, Patrik has been a Board Member at Svenska Hus since March 2017 and previously served as Deputy Managing Director at DTZ Sweden. Educationally, Patrik holds a Master of Science degree in Real Estate Law and Economics from KTH Royal Institute of Technology, obtained between 1992 and 1997.
