Richard Sullivan

Richard Sullivan is a seasoned professional in the field of estate management, serving as a Savills UK Board Member and National Head of Industrial and Logistics since September 2005. Prior to joining Savills, Richard held the position of Director at Brown Harknett International from February 2002 to September 2005, and served as Divisional Director at Rogers Chapman from January 1997 to February 2002. Richard’s career in the industry began as an Associate at Clifford Tee and Gale, where tenure lasted from September 1987 to December 1996. Richard obtained a BSc Hons in Estate Management from Kingston University, following education at Fettes College.
