Rick Savage

Rick Savage is an experienced professional in the field of property valuation and consultancy, currently serving as Head of Healthcare Valuations at Savills since January 2023. Previously, Rick worked at CBRE UK from May 2015 to December 2022 as a Director within the National Specialist Markets team, providing pan-European valuations and investment advice for various clients, including operators and private equity houses. Prior roles include Principal Surveyor at GVA Property Consultancy, focusing on the Independent Healthcare sector, and Estates Surveyor at Trafford MBC, where Rick managed the Council's property assets. Rick's career began at Liverpool City Council as a Surveyor, managing property assets as well. Rick holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Property Management and Investment from The University of Salford.
