Robin Grimshaw

Robin Grimshaw is a highly experienced professional in the building consultancy sector, currently serving as Director and Head of Dilapidations North at Savills since November 2014. Prior to this role, Robin held the position of Associate Director and played a key role in dilapidations advice while at Matthews & Goodman from 2007 to 2014, serving notable clients such as Vertex Data Science and GE Energy. Robin began a career in management as the Garden Centre Manager at Okells Garden Centre from 1995 to 2007. Academically, Robin holds an MSc in Commercial Building Surveying from Liverpool John Moores University and a BEng in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Nottingham.
