Tim Stoyle

Tim Stoyle is a seasoned property professional with extensive experience in valuation, particularly within the leisure sector, including hotels, serviced apartments, and various hospitality venues. Currently serving as a Director at Savills since 1998, Tim specializes in providing valuation advice for secure lending, acquisitions, and disposals. Prior to this, Tim held the position of Associate at Matthews and Goodman from 1995 to 1998, where a proactive and creative approach to property advice was emphasized. Earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Valuation Surveyor at Edward Symmons from 1989 to 1995. Tim Stoyle holds a Bachelor's Degree in Estate Management from Kingston University, complemented by earlier education at Reading College of Technology and Garth Hill College.
