Tom Elliott

Tom Elliott serves as the HR Systems Director at Savills since August 2023, leading a global HRIS change program to enhance employee experience across a workforce of over 40,000 in more than 30 countries. In addition to this role, Tom is the Treasurer and Trustee for the Lewes, Glynde and Beddingham Brass Band, where efforts led to the band achieving registered charity status in August 2024. Previously, Tom held various positions at sa.global from January 2016 to June 2023, including Global HCM Practice Lead and Talent/HR Practice Lead, focusing on enhancing HR processes through the Dynamics suite. Prior experience includes serving as HR Systems Adviser at RNLI, Team Leader for Workforce Information at East Sussex County Council, and progressive roles within the council's HR department. Tom’s educational background includes attendance at Seaford Head Community College from 1992 to 1999.
