Jana Lebduskova

Jana Lebduskova is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in HR Information Systems and technology. Currently serving as the HR Information Systems Director at Workhuman since April 2024, Jana is responsible for overseeing the organization's HR technology, including the implementation and optimization of Workday. Prior to this role, Jana held the position of Global HR Information Systems Manager at Aptiv, where responsibilities included building a new global HRIS team across multiple countries. Jana's experience also encompasses significant roles at Primark, where successful implementations of People Systems and Workday were achieved across several European countries.
