Marvin Crichlow is a skilled digital programme manager with extensive experience in leading digital transformation initiatives at Brent Council since August 2023. As a co-founder of Saving Souls Football Club, Marvin contributes to community engagement. Previous roles include serving as Strategy and Change Principal Project Manager at Southwark Council, where Marvin co-chaired the Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic Staff Network, and as a Customer Service Development Officer at London Borough of Lambeth, focusing on customer experience strategies. Marvin has also been involved with Dope Black Dads, fostering discussions around fatherhood and masculinity, and has held various roles in the public sector, showcasing a strong commitment to community service and digital innovation.
