Agi Pace

Agi Pace has a wealth of experience in the banking industry. Agi retired in 2018 from their banking career after working in various roles. From 2015 to their retirement, they worked at the Savings Bank of Danbury as the SVP Director of Development and Human Resources. In this role, they managed a team and worked closely with other executives in a caring work environment. Prior to that, from 1999 to 2015, they were at Union Savings Bank - CT as the SVP of Corporate Education & Development, where they oversaw training solutions and worked cross-functionally. Before that, from 1997 to 1999, they were at Webster Bank as an L&D Project Lead and Training Consultant, managing software projects and developing learning tools. And finally, from 1990 to 1998, they worked at Eagle Bank as an L&D Manager and Policy & Procedures Specialist.

Agi Pace has pursued their education at two universities. They completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Education and Art at Eastern Connecticut State University.
