Leonardo Ferreira has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning various roles and companies. In 2015, they founded FerreiraStudios (now known as leonardoferreira.design), an educational project focused on Adobe Softwares. Leonardo also worked remotely as a UI/UX designer and content producer for iMasters, a community platform for developers and web professionals.
In 2016, Leonardo joined Nossos Psicólogos, a platform for scheduling private consultations with doctors. Leonardo contributed to the business plan, branding, product development, and UX/UI workflow.
Leonardo then transitioned to NZN in 2018, where they initially served as a senior designer in the Innovation Squad. Leonardo later became the Product Design Lead, responsible for the company's design strategy and scaling the design team and processes. Leonardo also held the role of Sr. Product Designer for various websites under NZN's umbrella, such as TecMundo and Baixaki.
In 2021, Leonardo joined XNV.io, a startup studio and venture capital fund focused on disruptive startups empowered by exponential technologies. Leonardo assumed the role of Product Design Manager for Pluo, an international recruitment platform. Leonardo also serves as a Product Design Director for all products at XNV.io and is a VC Fund Advisor.
Throughout their career, Leonardo has demonstrated a passion for design and entrepreneurship, offering design consultancy services through their own company, leonardoferreira.design. Leonardo has facilitated design workshops and has been involved in projects for national and international brands, particularly startups. Leonardo is experienced in designing in low, medium, and high fidelity, and has a strong background in product development and user experience.

In 2014, they completed an HTML5/CSS3/JS Course at Curso em Video and attended the XIV International Congress of Public Relations and Communication organized by Aberje.
In 2015, Leonardo Ferreira participated in the 1st Communication Hackathon organized by Algar Telecom and received training on how to generate revenue on YouTube. Leonardo also attended a lecture on the Design Process and New Trends conducted by Confred.

From 2017 to 2018, Leonardo Ferreira pursued a Post-Baccalaureate program in Communication & Digital Design at ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing.
In 2019, Leonardo Ferreira obtained a certificate in Design Leadership from How Bootcamps. Leonardo also completed the course "Design Thinking Foundations" offered by IDEO U and "How to Build Great Digital Products" at Product School. Leonardo Ferreira pursued an MBA in Design Thinking & Digital Business Management from Descomplica during this period.
