Russ Rosenthal

Russ Rosenthal is the current Real Estate Contract Manager at Savion. Prior to this, they served as Senior Transaction Manager at CBRE, January 2020 to May 2021, working with T-Mobile and its Critical Network Real Estate asset. Russ was with Sprint Real Estate / Terra 2 from January 2012 to May 2021, serving as Sprint Network Real Estate / Terra2 - Senior ROW Manager. In this role, they directed a team of attorneys that managed the various real property rights required for operating a telecommunications network. This included negotiating, drafting, and managing various multi-party agreements as part of the acquisition, disposition and maintenance of real property interests, construction management, and property dispute resolution/settlement. Russ also performed financial analysis to identify alternate real property options or facilities in order to maximize cost savings/avoidance when renewing/maintaining real property agreements. Additionally, they advised Sprint executives, general counsel, and engineers of contractual rights and obligations, and federal and state regulatory compliance requirements. Russ Rosenthal began their career as a Senior Associate at Polsinelli PC in March 2007 and remained with the company until December 2011.

Russ Rosenthal attended the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law, where they earned their JD and LLM in Taxation. Russ also holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Nebraska at Kearney in Business Administration and Finance. Russ is certified by the Supreme Court of Kansas, the Nebraska State Bar Association, and the Missouri Bar.

Russ Rosenthal reports to Nick Lincon, President. They are on a team with Russ Laplante - Chief Investment Officer, Gary Parker - VP, Engineering, Procurement & Construction, and Samantha Reinert - Director of Financial Reporting.
