Joy Leonard possesses extensive experience in product services implementation and corporate communications within the biotechnology and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as Manager of Product Services Implementations at Savista since February 2024, Joy previously held key roles at Kezar Life Sciences, including Corporate Communications Lead and Patient Advocacy Lead, from March 2020 to October 2023. Prior experience includes a managerial position in accounts receivable services at nThrive from June 2012 to March 2020. Joy Leonard holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Business/Managerial Economics from East Carolina University.
