Dr. Kishor Sankhe

Dr. Kishor Sankhe has extensive work experience in materials and supply chain management, procurement, and strategic planning. Dr. Kishor started their career in 1985 at Richardson & Cruddas (1972) Ltd., where they worked as a Production Planner & Materials Coordinator. In 1986, they joined Precision Fasteners Ltd. as a Purchase Officer. From 1993 to 2007, Dr. Sankhe served as a Corporate Manager Purchase & SCM at BASF, overseeing purchases worth Rs. 900 Crores and achieving significant cost savings. In 2007, they joined Pidilite Industries Limited as a General Manager of Purchase before moving to DB Corp Ltd. in 2008. At DB Corp Ltd., they held various roles in procurement and strategy, including Chief General Manager Head-Group Procurement & Strategy. In 2015, Dr. Sankhe joined Savita Oil Technologies Limited as the Vice President of Materials and SCM.

Dr. Kishor Sankhe has a solid educational background in the field of management and engineering. In 1998, they obtained a degree in Industrial Engineering from the Indian Institute of Industrial Engineering. Following this, from 2000 to 2002, they pursued an MBA from Symbiosis International University, specializing in Management. Additionally, in 2000-2001, Dr. Sankhe earned a postgraduate diploma in Materials Management from the Indian Institute of Materials Management. Lastly, in 2015, they attended the Institute of Directors in Mumbai, India, where they completed a program in Independent Directorship.
