Director, Customer Success at Saviynt

Chris O'Rielly has extensive experience in customer success and operations roles. Chris currently works at Saviynt as a Director of Customer Success, where they have held the position since August 2023. Prior to this, they were a Senior Manager of Customer Success at Saviynt from April 2023 to August 2023. Chris also worked as a Senior Customer Success Manager at Saviynt from August 2021 to May 2023.

Before joining Saviynt, Chris worked at Micro Focus as a Director of Customer Success and Operations, specifically for the Interset Software division. Chris was responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and training support and success staff, as well as ensuring client success goals were met. Their tenure at Micro Focus lasted from February 2015 to August 2021.

Chris also has experience with IBM Business Analytics, where they held multiple roles. From April 2011 to February 2015, they served as the Senior Manager - Americas Leader in the IBM Accelerated Value Program for Business Analytics. Prior to that, they were an Accelerated Value Manager for IBM Business Analytics from April 2007 to April 2011. Chris also had a similar role for Cognos, which was later acquired by IBM, from March 2007 to April 2011.

Chris started their career at Cognos, where they held the positions of Senior Customer Support Engineer from March 2003 to March 2007, and Product Build Specialist from March 2001 to March 2003.

Chris O'Rielly has an extensive education background. From 2013 to 2019, they attended Memorial University of Newfoundland, where they obtained a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Engineering Technology, specializing in General Engineering. Prior to that, from 1998 to 1999, Chris attended the College of the North Atlantic, where they pursued a degree in Applied Business Information Technology. Additionally, from 1995 to 1998, they studied at the Fisheries and Marine Institute of Memorial University of Newfoundland, where they earned a Diploma of Marine Environmental Engineering Technology. Their field of study in this diploma was focused on Environmental Engineering Technology/Environmental Technology.
