Nikhil Gupta

Nikhil Gupta's work experience spans over several companies and roles. Nikhil began their career at Infosys as a Programmer Analyst, where they worked from 2004 to 2008. Nikhil then joined Tabula Digita Inc as a Developer/Intern for a year. Following this, Nikhil worked at Deloitte & Touche as an IAM Consultant, focusing on the Novell IDM suite and developing IAM strategies for clients.

In 2012, Nikhil joined Seagate Technology as a Project Manager/Program Manager, where they stayed until 2016. During this time, they gained experience in managing projects and programs.

After working at Seagate, Nikhil joined Saviynt as a Technical Account Manager from 2016 to 2018. Nikhil handled multiple deployments of Saviynt's IAM SaaS solution for healthcare, education, and financial clients. Their responsibilities included managing client relationships, resources, and implementation details.

At Saviynt, Nikhil then became the Manager of Operations - North America from 2018 to 2020. Nikhil played a vital role in building the Operations team from scratch and implementing various support systems and frameworks. Nikhil's efforts significantly reduced customer-reported sev-1 issues by 90%.

Currently, Nikhil is the Director of Cloud Services and Operations at Saviynt, a position they have held since 2023. Nikhil is also serving as the Director of Partner Success, demonstrating their ability to handle multiple roles simultaneously.
