Steve Poulson

Steve Poulson has an extensive work experience spanning over several companies.

Steve'smost recent role was with Saviynt, where they served as the Vice President Sales West since September 2019. Saviynt is a leading enterprise identity cloud company that specializes in identity governance, cloud security, and privileged access management. Steve helped Saviynt in securing the entire business ecosystem and meeting compliance requirements, enabling digital transformation for major brands.

Before Saviynt, Steve worked at Bay Dynamics, a cyber risk analytics company acquired by Broadcom. Steve joined Bay Dynamics in April 2013 and served as the Vice President Sales - Global Strategic Accounts until September 2019. Steve contributed to the company's goal of helping enterprises measure, communicate, and reduce cyber risk through their flagship analytics software, Risk Fabric.

Prior to Bay Dynamics, Steve had a significant tenure at VMware, where they worked as a Named Account Manager from June 2007 to April 2013.

Steve also gained valuable experience at Symantec, where they held two roles. First, as a Global Strategic Account Manager from June 2005 to June 2007, and later as an Enterprise Account Manager from May 2002 to June 2005 (Altiris acquired by Symantec).

During their career, Steve also worked at RLX Technologies as the Director Sales West Region from April 2001 to May 2002 (acquired by HP) and Content Technologies as the Director Sales West Region from January 2000 to April 2001 (acquired by Clearswift). At Content Technologies, Steve led sales efforts in the Western United States, focused on penetrating large enterprise accounts.

Lastly, at NEC Display Solutions of America, Inc., Steve held the position of Director Sales West Region. Steve led a sales team covering the Western United States from January 1997 to March 2000 and started as an Account Executive from September 1993 to January 1997. Steve consistently exceeded quota during their time at NEC Display Solutions.
