VP Of Customer Success EMEA at Saviynt

Szabolcs Vig has a diverse and extensive work experience. Szabolcs has held various roles at different companies, starting with their most recent position as the VP of Customer Success EMEA at Saviynt since April 2021. Prior to that, they worked as the Senior Director of Customer Success EMEA for the same company from April 2020 to April 2021.

Before joining Saviynt, Szabolcs worked at IBM for a significant portion of their career. Szabolcs began as the ECAT Failure Analysis/Procurement Mfg Engineering Team Leader from March 2004 to April 2007, where they were responsible for managing a team of engineers and overseeing manufacturing yield management and technical analysis.

Szabolcs then transitioned to a role at IBM Data Storage Systems Ltd., starting as the ISC Manufacturing and Product Engineering Manager from May 2007 to October 2008. In this position, they led a department of 25 people and managed the end-to-end manufacturing process for IBM High-End Storage.

Szabolcs continued to advance their career at IBM and took on the role of CIO People Manager from October 2008 to April 2010. In this position, they led a shared services IT team and was responsible for people and career management.

From May 2010 to October 2011, they served as the CIO Hungary Functional Manager, where they worked on global IBM CIO programs and focused on standardizing and simplifying processes. Szabolcs also played a role in organizational development, identifying opportunities for the Hungary center.

Following that, Szabolcs took on the role of CIO Hungary Shared Services Center Leader from November 2011 to August 2014. In addition to leading a global Shared Services IT organization, they acted as the leader of the CIO Hungary Shared Services Center.

Their last role at IBM was the Sr. Manager & Global Access Management Product Owner, CIO Information Security from January 2018 to January 2020. In this role, they were responsible for the overall transformation of IBM's access management landscape towards Risk Based Access Management.

Overall, Szabolcs Vig has a strong leadership background and experience in customer success, access management, IT management, and manufacturing engineering.

Szabolcs Vig obtained a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from Budapest University of Technology and Ecomomics from 1996 to 2002. In addition, they obtained the ITIL v3 Foundation Level certification from IQSOFT - John Bryce Oktatóközpont Kft. in April 2016, and the Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) certification from ISACA New York Metropolitan Chapter in June 2019.
