Arafat Karim Khan

Arafat Karim Khan is currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at SAVOIR, where he leads Lean projects to enhance efficiency and cost optimization by finalizing Standard Minute Value (SMV) and Operation bulletins for various styles across all buyers. Prior to this role, he worked as an Assistant Manager at Noman Group and Otobi Limited, where he optimized labor hours for special products, conducted time studies, and implemented process mapping for analysis. Arafat also has experience working as an Executive at Epic Group, providing strategic direction and leadership for improving efficiency. He holds a Master of Business Administration from North South University and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Khulna University of Engineering and Technology.
