Jonna Ruuskanen

Jonna Ruuskanen is currently a Teacher at Savonia University of Applied Sciences since April 2024. Prior to this role, Jonna had an extensive career at Charles River Laboratories from 2009 to February 2024, serving in various HR positions, including Human Resources Manager, Sr HR Business Partner, HR Business Partner, HR Specialist, and HR Assistant. Jonna also taught HRM at JAMK University of Applied Sciences for a brief period in late 2020. Before entering the HR field, Jonna worked as an Administrative Assistant at Cerebricon Ltd. from 2006 to 2009. Jonna's educational background includes a Master of Science in Management and Leadership with a focus on Human Resources from the University of Jyväskylä, as well as studies in Work and Organizational Psychology and various qualifications in Business Administration and Adult Education.
