Between 2018 and 2022, they worked at Compass Group USA as the General Manager & Executive Chef of the British Airways Premier Lounge, overseeing front-of-house and back-of-house operations and assisting in multiple markets with menu development, client presentations, and VIP caterings.

From 2020 to 2022, they were the Corporate Chef at Valli Produce, responsible for culinary operations, purchasing, networking, food quality control, and kitchen design.

From 2009 to 2018, they served as the Corporate Chef at Angelo Caputo's Fresh Markets, and from 2005 to 2009, they were the Chef Partner at Buca di Beppo.

Francesco (Frank)'scareer began at The Orleans Hotel & Casino in 2001, where they worked as a Sous Chef until 2005.
