Ailin Zhang

Ailin Zhang is a Senior Research Associate at Savor since June 2022, with previous experience as a Research and Development Chemist at BASF from January 2019 to June 2022. Ailin has a background in conducting research at Claremont McKenna College, focusing on nutrient outflow from shrimp farms in Thailand through carbon and nitrogen isotope analysis. Ailin's expertise also includes a thesis project on the uptake of metals in mandarin trees using simulated fracking water. Ailin has held various roles at Harvey Mudd College, including grading assignments in materials science and providing tutoring in computer science. Ailin earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Materials Chemistry from Harvey Mudd College in 2018.
