Racheli Vizman is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive with significant experience in the food technology and biotechnology sectors. As Co-Founder and CEO of SavorEat since December 2018, Racheli leads a pioneering platform for personalized meat alternatives, integrating advanced robotics and 3D printing technology. Racheli also serves as Co-Founder and Board Member at Egg'n'Up, focusing on the development of clean label, plant-based egg substitutes. Previously, Racheli held prominent roles including Chief Operating Officer at Beyond Air™, where oversight spanned operations, clinical trials, and investor relations, as well as regulatory leadership positions at Sharplight Technologies and Rosetta Genomics. Racheli's academic background includes an Executive MBA from Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical and Biotechnological Engineering from Ariel University.
