Shay Shemesh

Shay Shemesh is an experienced R&D Consultant at SavorEat since 2018, with a robust background in inkjet printing and related technologies developed through earlier work as a researcher in prof. Shlomo Magdassi's lab from 2007 to 2014. Shay possesses expertise in dispersion, particle stabilization, coatings, emulsions, and CNT, as well as three-dimensional printing. Notable publications include work on multienzyme printed arrays and conductive patterns using silver nanoparticles. Additional experience includes volunteering for scientific education at חווידע טבע and serving as an Army Officer in the Israel Defense Forces, where Shay held positions as a company commander and brigade training officer. Shay holds a Master’s Degree in Materials Chemistry from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
