Colleen Patterson has over 23 years of work experience in the consulting and healthcare industry. Colleen is currently the Vice President of Employer Services and Compliance at Savoy Associates, where they lead and develops the Employer Services Division. In this role, they are responsible for ERISA consulting, HR consulting, compliance evaluation, and vendor product evaluations. Colleen is also an expert in HRIS, payroll, and enrollment systems. Prior to joining Savoy Associates, Colleen held the position of Managing Partner at HeartSTONE Group, where they oversaw the creation of the Employee Management Services Division. Colleen also worked as Vice President of Consulting Services at HRH and as a Benefits Consultant and Sales and Marketing Specialist at Reimbursement Services.
