Carlos Sepulveda

Carlos Sepulveda has extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Since May 2013, Carlos has served as Chairman of the Board of Directors at Triumph Financial, Inc. and has held the same position at Cinemark since 2007. Additionally, Carlos has been a Member of the Board of Directors at Interstate Batteries since 1990, where previous roles included President & CEO, Executive VP, and VP & CFO. Since 2014, Carlos has been a Member of the Board of Directors at Savoya, and from 2013 to 2017, Carlos was also a Member of the Board and Chairman of the Audit Committee at Matador Resources Company. Early in their career, Carlos was an Associate SEC Partner at KPMG Peat Marwick from 1979 to 1990. Carlos holds a degree from The University of Texas at Austin, completed between 1975 and 1979.
