Caroline Allmér

Caroline Allmér currently serves as the People and Culture Manager at SAVR, leading the People & Culture agenda and aligning it with business objectives since August 2024. Prior experience includes a role as Talent Lead at Einride, focusing on talent development in a hyper-growth setting, and a managerial position at Head Agent, where Caroline led a team of Search Associates and spearheaded a project to update the company's visual representation. Earlier roles at Academic Work and Four Potentials involved account management and recruitment for major clients like H&M. Caroline holds a Master of Science in Managing People, Knowledge and Change from Lunds universitet and has language training from Olé Languages in Barcelona.
