Mikael Hägglund

Mikael Hägglund has worked in a variety of roles in different industries. In 2021, they began working as Head of Product Management at SAVR AB. From 2015 to 2021, they worked at IBM in various roles including Service Design, Business & Product Development Senior Consultant, Business Analysis & Development Intrapreneur, and Business Development Junior Consultant. In 2015, they completed a Master's thesis in Operational Risk Modelling at Handelsbanken. In 2014, they were a Member of Nova 100 and Founder & Vice Chairman of Young Crew Umeå at Svenskt Projektforum. Mikael also worked in Pricing Models at Bosch Rexroth AB Mellansel in 2014 and Material Planning at Akzo Nobel Functional Chemicals AB, Cellulosic Specialties in 2013.

Mikael Hägglund obtained a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering & Management from Umeå University between 2010-2015, and a Master of Science in Risk Management from Western Washington University in 2013. Mikael also holds certifications from Coursera, edX, IBM, Udemy, The Interaction Design Foundation, Scaled Agile, Inc., and Scrum Alliance.
