Elizabeth Van Horn has a diverse work experience history. Elizabeth started their career as a Sales Associate at bebe stores, where they consistently exceeded monthly sales goals and developed strong relationships with clients. Elizabeth then worked as a Bank Teller at Desert Schools Federal Credit Union, where they effectively communicated with members about the benefits of credit union financial services and trained new tellers. Following that, they joined CBS Radio as a Promotions Assistant, executing off-site promotional events, implementing marketing strategies, and updating the company website. Elizabeth also worked as a Senior Academic Counselor at the University of Phoenix, providing academic support to students. Elizabeth then joined Pearson, initially as an Account General Manager and later transitioning to Savvas Learning Co as the Account Manager. In these roles, they managed sales pipelines, strategized territory planning, developed relationships with school/district contacts, and mentored new Account Managers. Elizabeth finished as the top Account Manager for inside sales in 2019.

Elizabeth Van Horn pursued their education at various institutions. From 2004 to 2007, they attended Arizona State University, where they completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Communication. Later, in 2009 and 2010, they studied at the University of Phoenix, obtaining a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.
