Jeremy Cordon

Jeremy Cordon has a wealth of experience in tax and financial management. Jeremy currently serves as the Vice President of Tax at Savvas Learning Co (formerly Pearson K12 Learning), a position they have held since September 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Hologic, Inc. as the Senior Director of Domestic Tax from June 2018 to August 2021. From September 2015 to April 2018, Jeremy held the position of Senior Director of Federal Tax at Cengage Learning. Before that, they worked at KPMG US as a Senior Manager in the Mergers & Acquisitions Tax Practice from August 2011 to September 2015. Jeremy also has experience in the pharmaceutical industry, having served as Manager of Income Tax Accounting and Reporting at Sunovion Pharmaceuticals Inc. from June 2009 to August 2011, and as a Tax Manager at Genzyme from May 2007 to June 2009. Jeremy started their career as a Tax Associate at Arthur Andersen LLP in 2000 and later became a Tax Manager.

Jeremy Cordon received a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in History from Penn State University, where they studied from 1992 to 1996. Jeremy then pursued a Doctor of Law (JD) degree at Duquesne University from 1996 to 1999. Following that, Jeremy attended Northeastern University from 1999 to 2000 and completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a field of study in Accounting.
