Patricia Colorado Salamanca

Patricia Colorado Salamanca has over 20 years of work experience in the education industry. Patricia began their career in 1994 as a Senior Editor at Editorial Norma, where they worked until 1996. Patricia then joined Books and Books Ltda. as a Gerente Comercial, a role they held until 2005. From 2005 to 2010, Patricia worked at British Council Colombia as a Project Manager. Patricia then moved on to Houghton Mifflin Harcourt, where they served as a Professional Development Manager for the LATAM region from 2010 to 2011. Patricia then joined Pearson Education and worked there for nearly a decade as a Senior Curriculum Specialist for Latin America. In 2020, they transitioned to Savvas Learning Co (formerly Pearson K12 Learning) as a Business Development Manager for the Latin America market.

Patricia Colorado Salamanca pursued their education at Universidad de Los Andes from 1986 to 1990, where they earned a Profesional degree in Lengu. Later on, in 2002, they attended Macquarie University for a year, completing their M.A. in Children's Literature in 2003.
