Nicholas Enthoven

Before joining Sawaya Partners in 2016, Nicholas spent eight years at Atlas Advisors where he focused on M&A in the Consumer sector in North America and Europe. Nicholas has particular experience in the food and beverage categories working on multiple transactions with global corporate clients such as Grupo Bimbo and McCain Foods. He has significant M&A experience in a diverse set of buy-side and sell-side assignments including in joint venture, public-to-private, private placement, cross-border, capital raise, private equity, intellectual property and bankruptcy transactions. He began his career as an M&A analyst at Integrated Finance Ltd.
