Currently serving as an Assistant Golf Professional and handling Outside Operations at Sawgrass Country Club since October 2021, Juan's past roles include Director of Golf at TPC Cartagena @ Karibana and Manager at Kuna CoWorking. Juan's early career featured positions such as Coach/Instructor with Little Linksters, focusing on youth golf development, and various commercial roles in organizations like Paxar Andina and Materia Gris Publicidad, where strategic direction and business development were key responsibilities. Juan holds an Associate’s Degree from the Golf Academy of America, complemented by diplomas and degrees from prestigious institutions including Universidad EAFIT and Universitat de Barcelona.
