Matthew Cunnington is currently the Manager of Advanced Development at SawStop, where Matthew focuses on bringing the next new thing closer to reality. Prior to their current role, Matthew worked at Blount International, Inc. from March 2013 to June 2020 as a Sr. Product Design Engineer, leading research and development of harvester cutting systems. Before that, Matthew worked at Xerox as a Mechanical Systems Engineer and Mechanical Design Engineer, where Matthew led customer visits and designed and implemented field improvement projects. Additionally, Matthew has experience working as a Mechanical Engineer at Bechtel Corporation, where Matthew wrote product specifications for nuclear grade cranes. Matthew holds a MS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Idaho.
