Nick Romanowski

Nick Romanowski has significant experience in the field of learning, development, and training. Starting with Sax LLP in 2023, they hold the position of Director of Learning, Development and Training. Prior to that, they worked at Berdon LLP from 2018 to 2023, where they held various roles progressing from an Education and Learning Intern to ultimately becoming the Education and Learning Manager.

Nick Romanowski's education history includes a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Iona University, which they completed between 2017 and 2019. During the same period, they also obtained an Advanced Certificate in Human Resources with a focus on Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Iona University. Prior to that, in 2014 to 2015, Nick earned their Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Stony Brook University.

In addition to their formal education, Nick Romanowski has also obtained two additional certifications. In November 2022, they completed a Coaching Certificate from the Association for Talent Development (ATD). Nick also attained the Talent Optimizer certification from The Predictive Index in March 2022.
