Stephanie Severson

Stephanie Severson is an experienced HR professional currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Saxco since June 2019, where responsibilities include providing comprehensive HR support and aligning HR strategies with business objectives. Additionally, Stephanie holds the role of Head of Marketing at H&H Elite Carpentry since September 2023. Previous experience includes various positions at Opya, where significant contributions in talent acquisition and employee performance management were made, as well as time spent in roles such as Registered Behavior Technician and Behavior Technician Manager. Stephanie’s education includes a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from California State University, Stanislaus, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Menlo College.
